My role is to provide guidance regarding the ideal quality procedures to employ for organizations involved in the supply of mineral water or water based products. A key part of this role is to supply an accurate representation of an organization's quality regime via a thoroughly detailed quality management system utilising an ISO 9001 consultant in London.   A water company will benefit from establishing an excellent QM system. The building block of a quality operation is the concept of the client and also organisation working together for their shared benefit. For that to become effective, the client and supplier interfaces must reach inside and outside of the organization, outside the immediate consumers and vendors.   That is what I strive for with my clients.   Judy Salmon
